At Bridge Creek Dental, we want you to have the best experience possible. While we have a friendly staff and the best dentists in the area, there are some other ways to make your visit a pleasurable one.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early
We know that you don’t want to feel rushed when you come to our office. This is why we recommend coming to your dental appointment 15 minutes early. This gives you enough time to check in and complete any paperwork we may have for you.
Eat a Healthy Breakfast or Lunch
Eating a healthy meal before coming to the dentist ensures you do not end up feeling hungry as we are working on your teeth. We know how we can get when we’re hungry and we don’t want anything making you feel uncomfortable during your visit.
Consider a Stress Relief Technique
If you experience anxiety when coming to the dentist, we recommend doing some meditation before your visit. This can help you remain calm and enjoy the visit rather than dread it.
Some people choose other forms of stress relief such as exercise before a dental appointment. Find what works best for you.
Avoid Scheduling Meetings Too Close to Your Dental Appointment
While we understand that many of our patients lead busy lives, it’s important not to schedule a meeting too close to your dental appointment. We’re not sure how long it will take to clean your teeth or perform a procedure, and we don’t want to rush or make you late for your meeting. It’s best to schedule meetings before your dental appointment or later on in the day when you know for sure you’ll be out of our office.
Ask Questions and Request Information
We are not only dental hygienists and dentists, we are also teachers. We want to teach you how to improve and protect your oral health. Please ask us questions about your teeth and gums and if there is anything that you do not understand about some of the things we’ve talked to you about during your visit, request information. We are more than happy to explain everything to you, so you can leave knowledgeable about the dental care you receive from us.
We want you to be as comfortable and happy as possible when you come to Bridge Creek Dental. Please let us know how we can make your experience a better one at your next dental appointment.
